PAW Patrol Pups, Bubble Guppies, Bot, and other Noggin friends love to practice yoga moves with kids and their grown-ups. 

When kids do yoga and breathing exercises, they’re practicing skills that can help with self-regulation — taking a pause between having a feeling and acting on it. Parents and caregivers can help their children learn to self-regulate by co-regulating. Co-regulating is when adults provide warm, responsive interactions that give children the support and modeling they need to learn to regulate their own thoughts, feelings and behaviors (Murray et al. 2015, 14). In other words: you help your child learn by showing them how it’s done!
