Dance It Out
The Bubble Guppies know that a good dance party can improve a tough day!
What helps you to feel better when you’re frustrated, angry, or upset? Many things can help to change our mood, including a dance break!
The next time you and your child are feeling frustrated or sad, have a quick dance break just like the Bubble Guppies! Once calm feelings return, it’s time to take on new challenges and solve new problems!
Parent/Caregiver Tip: Dancing, like other physical activities, helps our bodies release endorphins (“happy hormones”). This reduces stress and helps our bodies calm down. Dancing can be a mood booster and a calm down strategy for children and grown-ups alike.

- When the song is done, we’ll be feeling better! Now we can talk calmly, solve problems, and find solutions.
